1. Scope of Services
Open Visa Global provides visa document review and consultation — we help you prepare a strong, complete application. We are not an embassy, consulate, licensed immigration attorney, or travel agency, and we do not make visa decisions.

2. What's Included vs Excluded
Included:
- Document review and checklist preparation for your visa application.
- Cover letter drafting tailored to your travel purpose and destination.
- Application form completion guidance and verification.
- Appointment booking assistance with VFS Global and other visa centres.
Not included: legal representation, guaranteed outcomes, or the government/embassy application fee itself.

3. Fees — Ours vs Government/Embassy
Our service fee (starting from AED 99) covers our consultation and document preparation work only. It is entirely separate from — and does not include — embassy fees, VFS service charges, courier fees, or translation costs, all of which are paid directly to the relevant authority or centre.

4. Refunds & Cancellation
- Cancel before we start work — full refund.
- Cancel once work is in progress — a partial refund may be offered, at our discretion.
- Once documents are finalised and submitted — no refund, regardless of visa outcome.

5. No Guarantee of Approval
Visa approval or rejection is decided solely by the embassy or consulate of the destination country. We do not guarantee approval for any application.

6. Your Responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful documents, submitting them within the agreed timelines, and attending your scheduled appointments. We can't be held responsible for rejections caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

7. Your Data & Privacy
We collect the personal and travel documents needed to prepare your application, and share them only with visa centres, embassies, or trusted service providers as necessary. We never sell your data, and all transmissions are encrypted.
