Open Visa Global provides visa consultation and document preparation services, including:

• Document review and checklist preparation for visa applications.
• Cover letter drafting tailored to your travel purpose and destination.
• Application form completion guidance and verification.
• Appointment booking assistance with VFS Global and other visa centres.
• General consultation on visa requirements and processes.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for all documents.
• Submit required documents within the timelines communicated by our team.
• Attend scheduled visa appointments on time and with all required documentation.
• Inform us promptly of any changes to your travel plans or personal circumstances.
• Not misrepresent any information to embassies, consulates, or visa centres.

Open Visa Global is not responsible for application rejection resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

While we maintain a high approval rate and apply industry best practices to every application, we explicitly state that:

• Visa approval or rejection is entirely at the discretion of the issuing embassy or consulate.
• Past success rates do not guarantee future outcomes for any individual application.
• Changes in immigration policy, security assessments, or quota restrictions may affect results beyond our control.
• Our "98% approval rate" is based on historical data and is not a promise of outcome.

• Service fees are communicated upfront during your initial consultation and are payable before work commences.
• Fees cover our consultation and document preparation services only — embassy fees, VFS service charges, courier fees, and translation costs are separate.
• All fees are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise specified.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other methods communicated by our team.

• Before work begins — Full refund available if you cancel before we start reviewing or preparing your documents.
• Work in progress — Partial refund may be offered based on the stage of preparation, at our discretion.
• Completed applications — No refund once documents have been finalised and submitted, regardless of the visa outcome.
• Visa rejection — Our service fee is non-refundable in case of visa rejection, as our service covers document preparation — not the outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Open Visa Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by embassies, consulates, visa centres, courier services, or any other third party.
• We are not liable for travel disruptions, missed flights, or hotel costs resulting from visa delays or rejections.
