Produces a printable, visa-specific checklist you can work through and tick off, built around your destination and visa type rather than a generic list of everything any embassy has ever asked for.
How it works
1
Select your destination and visa type
The checklist is assembled from what that specific combination requires.
2
Work through the list
Items are grouped into identity, financial and trip-specific evidence so you can gather them in batches.
3
Print or save it
Take it with you to the appointment as a final check before you hand your file over.
How to read the result
A complete checklist means your file is structurally complete. It does not mean each document is strong enough — a bank statement can be present and still raise questions. If you want the contents reviewed rather than just counted, that is what our document review service does.
Frequently asked questions
Is a complete checklist enough to get approved?
No. A complete checklist means nothing is missing from the file. Approval depends on whether the documents actually support your stated purpose, funding and intention to return. Completeness is necessary, not sufficient.
How recent do my bank statements need to be?
Most destinations ask for three to six months of recent statements, but the exact window and format are set by the consulate. What matters as much as the period is consistency — large unexplained deposits shortly before applying commonly attract questions.
Can you check my documents rather than just list them?
Yes. Our document review service reads the actual file — checking that statements support the declared income, that photos meet specification, and that names and dates are consistent across every document.
