Not Sure If Your File Is Strong Enough?
Send your document set on WhatsApp and get a same-day review plan from our team. We will tell you exactly what to fix before you book your appointment.
Shows the documents a destination's own government guidance requires for your nationality, as a short numbered checklist — each item verified against the official source and linked to it — so you don't have to piece it together from forum posts.
How it works
1
Select nationality and destination
Schengen countries automatically use the shared Schengen checklist; other destinations use their own.
2
Tick what you already have
Tap any item for a one-line explanation and its official source. Your progress shows how many required documents are ready.
3
Send it to our team (optional)
Your checklist is filled in for you — add a name and WhatsApp number and we'll help prepare what's missing.
How to read the result
The checklist is a baseline, not a ceiling. Consulates can request more where an individual case warrants it, and requirements shift with policy changes. If you apply online, the checklist in your application portal is final.
Frequently asked questions
Where do these requirements come from?
Each item is checked against the destination government's own published guidance — for example IRCC's instruction guide for Canada or the EU Visa Code for Schengen — and links to that source with the date it was last verified.
The consulate asked for something not on this list. Why?
Consulates can request additional evidence based on an individual case — for instance where travel history is limited, funding comes from a sponsor, or the purpose of the trip needs supporting. A baseline list cannot anticipate every case.
Does this cover student and work visas too?
The checker focuses on the common visit categories. Student and work routes involve admission letters, sponsorship and employer documentation — see our student visa and work visa service pages, or message us with your specifics.
